Hi Stanley,
Could you kindly more detail the necessity to register SecuExtender Licences? Sometimes in your announcement you name it "SecuExtender Windows VPN Client" and sometimes "SecuExtender IPSec VPN Windows Client"
I took for granted that our SecuExtender SSL VPN licences, purchased with our USG Flex 700 remain valid. And your announcement is intended for the IPSec version only. Is this correct?

Hi @USG_User
Since Firewall supports multiple VPN types, you can identify the different VPN clients based on the specific VPN type. For example, you can differentiate between the (SecuExtender) IPSec VPN Client and the (SecuExtender) SSL VPN Client.
This announcement is for IPSec VPN Client Windows (perpetual)version.0 -
How do you register the licenses… I have tried, but it shows it can find the license key.

The registration happens when you install the license key in the product. Its not visible on th MyZyxel portal at all. I have 3 SecuExtender licenses and cannot find them on the Zyxel portal.
Please clarify the email sent out to registered users!

We have a problem with connection by SSL VPN with Secuextender since yesterday and not sure this call above is applicable as stated by others it seems just apply to IPSEC VPN Client. Is Secuextender 4.0.4.0 still valid for SSL VPN connections? Thanks.

Yes, SecuExtender SSL VPN 4.0.4.0 is still valid and is working properly here with us on Windows 10/11 clients when connecting to our USG Flex 700.
