Cant Login to NWA1123-AC-PRO after upgrade

Hello,

I can't login to my NWA1123-AC-PRO device after the upgrade. The password I set to login isn't working anymore. I tried admin/1234 as well but that doesn't work too. How can I login. The AP is attached to a ceiling and can't be easily reset. Please help.

    We would like to gather more information to assist you in resolving the issue.

    1. Which firmware version of your NWA1123-AC-PRO before and after upgrading?
    2. Is your NWA1123-AC-PRO in Standalone mode or Nebula managed mode?

    In case the AP is managed by Nebula, please re-check the password at Nebula > Site-wide > General Setting > Device configuration > Local credentials.

    3. Does login page show the message as "This device is managed by Nebula…." ? Please provide the login page screenshot if possible.

    By the way, we would like to request the device MAC address and series number to check your AP’s status. Please pay attention at your community inbox.
