Why is my license deferred ?

Why is it in "deferred" status ?

    Could you give us the screenshot of the deferred?

     

    To clarify your problem, we need your authorization to check the setting on your org.

    Please access Help Center > Support Request > Zyxel support access to enable and save.

     

    When you enable the access, please let us know. Our engineer will check your org's settings and help you solve the problem.

    Dear @Ceccus,

    Thanks for the reply.

    After reviewing the log of your org, we found your org was in the Pro License.

    Since your Pro license has expired, the current Nebula behavior won't upgrade to Plus automatically, you have to upgrade manually.

    You can follow the guide below:

    License & Inventory > Overview > Click the icon and choose upgrade.

    If you can not upgrade, please feel free to let me know.

    By the way, I record that you have said you want to use plus pack, right? Could I help you upgrade back to the plus pack org?

    I paid for the PLUS license
    Zyxel must guarantee the use of that license.
    At this time I cannot do that
