XGS Switches and clients disconnecting and then connecting again.

I have a client that has multiple XGS switches throughout their facility. The wiring was done by a professional wiring company a few years back, so it's all new wiring.

The client keeps having issues with their device losing network connectivity in the middle of use. When I look at the switch logs, it shows the port going down then going back up at 10M then going down again and then coming back up at 1GB.

These switches are basically "out of the box" for configuration.

What's weird about this issue, is there are multiple parts of the facility, all with their own XGS switches (various different models). They all seem to exhibit the same behavior.

I can't seem to make any sense of it, does anyone have any ideas?

!UPDATE! We have recently purchased a new XGS2200-54HP switch for our office and it's doing the same thing! Multiple ports up and down and looks like difficultly negotiating the speed (10M/F then 1G/F)

Here is an example of what it looks like in the log:

    Hi @lytespeed,

Could you DM me the tech support and what device was connecting when the issue occurred?

Also, did you enable the green Ethernet function on the switch?
