Upgrade USG 40* from 4.39 to 4.73

Hello there,

I have an USG 40W v4.39, and we can't upgrade it to v4.73.
The same happens with an USG 40 v4.39 to v4.73.

What should I do ?

Is there an intermediary version ?
Could someone share it ?

Hi @Telecom ,

It could be firmware corruption in running partition.
Please follow steps below to update firmware.(assume running partition is on partition 2)

1. Backup partition 2(current running partition) startup configuration file.
2. Reboot on partition 1.(Switch running partition from 2 to 1)
3. Update firmware on partition 1.
4. Apply 1) configuration file on partition 1.
