Hi @Telecom ,
It could be firmware corruption in running partition.
Please follow steps below to update firmware.(assume running partition is on partition 2)- Backup partition 2(current running partition) startup configuration file.
- Reboot on partition 1.(Switch running partition from 2 to 1)
- Update firmware on partition 1.
- Apply 1) configuration file on partition 1.
