Good afternoon.
I am trying to install an SSL certificate on my Zyxel switch. As much as I hit the "Import" button within: Maintenance--certificates, it gives error.
I generate the self-signed certificate with PFsense in PCKS12 format as indicated in the switch, but nothing happens, it does not work.

How can I import a certificate and not get an ssl error? what are the procedure?
Thank you.

    Hi @wisepds,

May I know the file size of your certificate and what's the error message?
Could you also DM me the tech support for checking?

    Hi @wisepds,

Thanks for the information. But the disconnected result might not be because the certificate has any problem. Could you share your certificate and password with me to reproduce? Also, I need tech support to check the log. The tech support can be collected via Maintenace > Tech-support > All.

If i try to install the certificate from http or https, the result are the same: Switch blocked. Only turn off / on resolve the problem.

By the way, can you ping the switch after you import the certificate?
