Connection drops periodically for a few seconds

Hello everyone,

I used 2 ZyXEL devices:

• Firewall: USG20-VPN
• Switch: GS1920-24HP

Two devices have been Nebula connected.

But my network is unstable, the connection drops periodically for a few seconds, maybe mili seconds, and then back to normal. This problem occurs continuously, about 10 times in 1 hour or more.

This is the result when I try to ping the default gateway:

I don't know why, please help me.

Thanks for your answer. The cable has been changed, but the issues do not fix.

You could disable Green Ethernet on the switch.

Can you test without the switch to the USG port?

But I can't find the settings for disabling Green Ethernet on the switch.

I using Nebula cloud.

Oh, I think the issue from firewall. the issue still exist with only firewall.
