PLA5456 Firmware Update

I have two PLA5456 adapters but they have different firmware version. One 3.18 the other 3.20. How to update them to the same version and where to get new firmware

I think the PLA5456 could only check the status by using the PLA utility
As I check on the forum, there is no way to upgrade the PLA version.
I think it would work fine if they're not in the same version.0
