Usg 40 with 4.65 unable to update

Hi I'm trying to update usg 40 to last firmware to patch last cve. I tryed to apply cloud firmare, error 400. Tryed to manually upload last firmware, firewall told me is rebooting but nothing happens. Any suggest tu solve? That

I suggest giving these steps provided by ZyXEL a try. They have been successful for me in upgrading the firmware.
