Firmware upgrade

We tried to update the firmware of our USG 60, but we do not come higher then V4.65. We tried the update with the webgui and also over FTP Command and Cloud. After the update execution there is no error message. We could not find a log file anywhere.

We updateted from 4.65 to the next available version of V4.70

After the reboot is still the Firmware 4.65 activ.

On the other hands, we will recommend upgrade to 4.73 patch2 due to security concern.

backup config reboot the V4.70 and reset it then log in and upload config then try V4.73P2

Danke für die Ausführliche Anleitung

Die Firewall hat sich leider sofort aufgehängt, sobald ich in die Konsole ging. Ich habe ein HW-reset durchgeführt und alles neu eingerichtet. Das Upgrade ging dann sogleich auf 4.73.
