USG1100 - intermittent issue accessing resources on the web

Occasionally some of the devices on my network stop being able to reach some resources on the web. This is especially noticeable with mobile devices when they leave the local network and return.

One example is backing up google photos from a mobile device. Sometimes the backup does not start and sits waiting to connect. Accessing other web resources seems to work for the same device. Rebooting the USG1100 fixes the issue for a while.

I have captured a diagnostic file when the issue is occurring and another diagnostic file immediately after rebooting the USG when the issue is not occurring.

The USG is running V4.73(AAPK.1). I was not having this issue until I upgraded from V4.70(AAPK.0) to V4.73(AAPK.1).

@PeterUK - I didn’t see a fix for my issue in the V4.73(AAPK.2) release notes.

    Hi @imaohw ,

We still strongly recommend install the 4.74(AAPK.2) to patch buffer overflow issue.

Please kindly check if the issue still after installed the firmware. Thank you

@Zyxel_Kevin - Will install the patch.

Do you want to review the diagnostic files I captured?
