Cisco commands equivalent

Hello!

I need to make the following settings on multiple GS2210 switches.

Kindly tell me if there is any possibility to implement and how.

1. Set enable password
2. Set encrypted password (secret)
3. Following cisco commands equivalent(if any)

 [no service tcp-small-servers], [no service udp-small-servers], [no service finger],

 [no service pad], [no ip source-route], [no ip bootp server], [no ip domain-lookup]

[no ip http server], [no ip http secure-server], [no tftp-server]

[no ip redirects], [no ip unreachables ], [no ip directed-broadcast],

[no ip proxy-arp], [no ip mask-relay] 

4. Login banner

You can check the XGS2210's CLI guide, I cannot find GS2210's CLI guide, to find the command you need. I think there have some similar commands.

By the way, the Zyxel switch does not have a login banner in my record.

Thank you for your response. I've downloaded the guide and I will try to follow it command by command. Hope I will find what I need.
