Hi, 

I took over a Zyxel router from the previous owner of our house. It clearly has firmware installed by the internet provider of the former owner, that doesn’t allow a sim from another provider to be used in the external Zyxel antenna.

Hi @tonygibbs16,

The sim is indeed in the external antenna NR7102

The issues remains that due to the firmware from the telecom provider, I cannot login to the router.
