GS1915-8 Initial Firmware upgrade stuck

Yesterday I began installing my new switch, choosing to do the firmware upgrade. It is now the following day and the light on the switch is still blinking. How long should it take for the upgrade to be finished? What can I do to fix this since it is not even finished with its installation?

    Hi @Stevens1,

    Normally the firmware upgrade won't take too long.

    May I know if the SYS LED keeps blinking? If yes, could you help to press the restore button to factory default the switch and check whether the switch can boot up or not?

    Hi @Stevens1,

    Could you perhaps consider power cycling the switch by unplugging and then reconnecting the power cable? If the switch fails to boot up following this action, please proceed to submit the RMA request from this link.

    By the way, if you are going to submit an RMA request, please also send your serial number to me by private message.
