    Hi Kevin,

    I tried today to remotely upgrade the firmware (because the location is about 100 KM a way) to ver 473AAPI2ITS-23WK23-r109633 as you recommended.

    however, it failed to upgrade and rebooted on previous ver. 473AAPI.2

    what could have happened?

    how to reinstate the upgrade?
