[Marketplace] How to Purchase an Auto-Renewal License

The following is an example of how to renew a Gold Security pack license for the ATP200.

1. Go to the License Store > Device License screen. Click on the AUTO-RENEWAL button next to the ATP model whose security license you want to automatically renew. In this example, Click the AUTO-RENEWAL button next to the ATP200 to enable auto-renewal services.

 2. The following screen displays available payment options for the Gold Security pack license. Select your desired product and then click Confirm to proceed.
Click Back if you want to go back to the Auto-Activation screen.

•Select the “Annual Plan; Paid Yearly” plan if you want to pay the yearly fee once a year.

•Select the “Annual Plan; Paid Monthly” plan to pay the yearly fee in 12 month installments.

•Select the “Monthly Plan; Paid Monthly” plan to purchase a monthly security plan.

3. The Confirm Order screen displays. Select “Click here to indicate that you have read and agree the terms of Zyxel Online License Store” and then select Checkout to proceed to checkout.
Click Back if you want to go back to the previous screen.

4. The following screen appears. Enter your email address, credit card type, name, credit card number, the expiration month/year, and CVC number.

5. Click Enter VAT ID and then the following screen appears. Enter your Value-Added Tax ID if your company has registered for the VAT system. Click Submit to continue.

6. After entering all necessary information, click Pay to authenticate the transaction. At the time of writing, alternate payment methods, such as Paypal, Amazon Pay, Wire Transfer, and Giropay, iDEAL, Sofort, WebMoney, and Airpay are accepted.

7. If the transaction is successful, the following screen will appear. Click Continue to close the window.
