Hi @baudetd,

If the model name of your usg 20 is ZyWALL USG 20 (Firmware 3.30(BDQ.9)), it is EOL and has no more license for security service. We suggest you replace this old model with ATP or USG FLEX series (ATP100, USG FLEX 100, USG FLEX 50)

If the model name is USG20-VPN, you can still keep this model because there is still new firmware release for USG20-VPN.
