Lizenz Kaufen - ok, Zuordnen- ok, Aktivieren-? :-(

Hallo ich habe eine Nebula Professional Pack-Lizenz gekauft und einem Switch zugeordnet und jetzt finde ich nicht die "Stelle" wo ich die Lizenz aktivieren kann.

Hi @Thomas1959,

This seems like your organization hasn't upgraded to the Pro Pack organization. The Nebula Pro Pack license won't start counting if your organization is not a Pro Pack organization.

Please reference this FAQ "Activating Licenses on Devices" part to upgrade to the Pro Pack organization:

Hallo @Zyxel_Melen , Danke für Deine Antwort. Die Zuordnung der Lizenz zur Orga ist während des Kaufes erfolgt, siehe mein Protokoll. Jetzt kann ich aber der Mac FC:22:… die Lizenz nicht zuordnen ?! Beste Grüße Thomas

The license has been assigned to FC:22:…..

If you want to assign it to other devices, please use the "license transfer" function.

The organization requests all of the devices in it have at least one Pro license. Once you transfer the license from FC:22:…, kindly remind to remove it from this organization.
