Why I can't use the NSS License after the purchase

Some users can’t use the NSS license after purchasing the license and assigning it to the device correctly.
If you click the Configure > Security Gateway, the Security Service shows the diamond.
After you click the Security Service, the window pop-up to ask you to purchase the NSS license.
We suggest you try to clean the cache to solve this problem.
