USG110 Firmware

Dear community members,

I hope you're all doing well. I have a question regarding updating my USG110 to the latest firmware version. Currently, I am on version 4.31, and I want to make sure I follow the correct procedure to perform this update.

Could someone please guide me on the steps to update my USG110 to the latest firmware version? Is there a specific order to follow or any particular precautions I should be aware of?

I want to ensure that this update goes smoothly and without any issues, as my device is essential for my network.

You should be able to go to 4.73

You should backup your config before the update

Any problems with the update where you have to do a reset you can apply your config with “Ignore errors and finish applying the configuration file” or boot back to the old firmware slot.

If you want you can install other versions to update one firmware at a time

Welcome to the Zyxel community. As PeterUK mentioned, you should be able to update the firmware to V4.73. Prior to the firmware update, please remember to back up your current startup-config.conf. You can do this by going to Maintenance > File Manager > Configuration File > Configuration. This precautionary step will help prevent any unexpected issues, and it's always a good habit to follow.
