Secureport device list empty for other admin
Hi,
I am Zyxel Device owner of 8+ devices on various sites. Therefore, I have created an admin user who has access to some of these devices, but when the user logs in to SecuReporter, all organizations and owner are seen, as well as number of devices, yes even a few that are not permissions to, but if the user chooses the 3 dots (more) and organization / devices, the list is empty.
Regarding license renewal, the list is also empty when selecting applications and selecting Marketplace, and that is actually the whole purpose of the admin rights.
The user has been tried deleted and created again, as admin, since the user at first creation was only a member.
Any suggestions for solution ?

To clarify the problem, can you help to confirm which authorization the admin has, the Full, Read-only, or none?
And would like to know when you turned on the SecuReporter to collect the data.
About the license purchase issue, the Admin can not purchase the license, we suggest you promo the user to the Delegator to purchase the license.

My additional user is set up as admin, which according to the edit member page is the highest level I can assign.
Admin / Member / NoneThe user is admin on the organizations with underlying devices.
Secureporter was started almost 1 year ago when the USGs were procured and licensed.
I can't assign higher rights than admin.
Is there something else I can do, or is this as design ?

If the admin wants to purchase the license, the admin must have the same authorization as the owner. Here's a screenshot for your reference, you can change the authorization like below:
To clarify the SecuReporter issue, can you enable support access to us? and PM me your Org's name.
