Why cannot I find some organization when using Cross-Org setting sync?

When you select Configuration template in MSP > Cross-Org setting sync > Org. setting, Nebula will auto filter the Pro pack organization in the destination organization list.
If the destination organization needs the same configuration template, please upgrade to the Pro pack organization first.
