Question:

I found the above note concerning SFP support and I wanted to ask for clarification. My label is as follows: USG FLEX 700 (USG310v2)

Can you provide some clarity on what the above note is stating and what hardware they are speaking?

I am specifically asking if my ZyWALL USG FLEX 700 (USG310v2) supports SFP as described in the Datasheet version 10, English, 09/26/2023.

The note may be describing other hardware that this user's guide discusses but I require SFP capability and I wanted to receive some assurance that my hardware version does support SFP capability.

    Hello @Confusedbyyoursite
Don't worry, this notification is for USGFLEX 50, and USGFLEX 100 with newer factory hardware. That's why you cannot see the HW version on the Zyxel Device label for USGFLEX 700.
