Please follow these steps to check the firmware version of devices in different organizations:
- Login to the Zyxel account that has an MSP license.
- Navigate to the MSP > MSP cross-org manage > Firmware upgrades
- Choose the search criteria and click the search button. The result will be displayed after searching.
