How can I check the firmware version of devices in different organizations via Nebula MSP portal?

Please follow these steps to check the firmware version of devices in different organizations:

  1. Login to the Zyxel account that has an MSP license.
  2. Navigate to the MSP > MSP cross-org manage > Firmware upgrades
  3. Choose the search criteria and click the search button. The result will be displayed after searching.
