USG110 not blocking facebook?

We purchased and configured one brand new Zyxel USG110 for one of our clients and purchased the full bundle of security subscriptions. 

Enabled and working, load balance ok, etc but I cannot block social media sites even when the feature is enabled. I'm missing something? some guidance please!

Hi @matrix07,

 

Try to tick “Enable HTTPS Domain Filter for HTTPS traffic” in CONFIGURATION > UTM Profile > Content Filter > Profile if you are not using SSL Inspection.

You can also use App Patrol to block facebook.
