how to set correct ring tone, back ring tone and busy tone on this phone.

If I enter the Czech Republic and Europe in the settings, it does not work correctly

Welcome to the forum.

Looking at the user guide available from https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/5858783065362-User-Guide-AX-DX-PX-3301-T0-Serie-V5-13-5-50 I cannot see a way to set the tones that you want.

The user guide does say need for reboot after changing region settings, see below:

I have been able to set tones in a Grandstream ATA device such as HT812, but cannot see how to do it here.
