Question:
If we want to assign a static IPv6 address to a client, we need to know the DUID in the lease object settings. How do we obtain the DUID from the firewall?
Answer:
You can view the DUID by using the CLI command: Router# show ipv6 dhcp6 binding. In the image below, the DUID is displayed as: 00:04:be:67:0d:fb:1e:a9:7d:f3:cc:be:ad:63:f9:26:07:b4.
