IPsec VPN disconnection

Good morning,

Context:
we have a FLEX700 at headquarters and FLEX100s at remote sites. The sites have fiber and are connected with IPSEC.

Issue:
For several months we have had the following problem on one of the sites: every week randomly, the ipsec VPN disconnects and we have to restart the FLEX 100 so that it reconnects because the VPN is disconnected on the Headquarters side (Icon IPSEC gray) but it remains connected on the FLEX 100 side (green IPSEC icon).

The 2 flex are in 5.37 latest version.
We have already set up another FLEX 100 for testing --> identical results
I have redone the VPN several times with different configurations but the problems persist.

Do you have an idea ?

    Are you using IP or DNS for Peer Gateway Address?

    During the occurrence of this issue, were there any error logs, such as 'no proposal chosen' or 'peer not reachable,' that could be observed on the USG Flex 700 and USG Flex 100 sites?

    Besides, could you provide the remote Web-GUI to us for further checking? and once this symptom occurs again, please assist in checking the Monitor Log and collecting the diag-info log for us. We will send a private message to you later. Thanks.
