Users may uncertain about the behavior of uplink ports in switches, particularly when they are set to Access Role with default settings with
- Leave mode Immediate
- Maximum Group set to 3
- IGMP filtering profile set to "No select".
The primary concern is whether Nebula automatically adjusts settings for a port(s) that becomes uplink, or if the port(s) retain the default access mode settings.
The uplink port will only apply IGMP filtering and leave timeout settings, while leave mode and group limitation settings will NOT be applied.
