Random reboots
Anyone have problems with the H series doing random reboots or the device going complety offline so the power has to be replugged?

Please use Tera Term and navigate Control > Send break.
Then type "8" and enter to enable the Log level to 8.
Next, use a dedicated PC to continuously collect the console log until the USG Flex H device reboots. We need the console log to analyze the possible reasons. Please provide the collected console log to us via private message. Thanks.

Can i do this over TCP/IP?
Asking because i might have misplaced the console cable…..

We need to collect the complete reboot console log, so it's still necessary to use the console cable for collection. Additionally, if you could provide the diag-info and remote Web-GUI for remote checking purposes, that would be even better. I will send you a private message later. Thank you.
