I updated my router vmg3625-t50b from ur website then i reset router to factory settings and now i cant log into router page because i dont know the default username and password for this router

Wifi appears as Zyxel_8D11 can anybody help please the router became useless

Welcome to the forum.

If you have access to the unit, then there should be a label on it with the default user name and passwords.

I allready used the username and password on the label but wasn't correct so must be another default username and password from zyxel itself for that model

The default user names and passwords are there for a number of different Zyxel models, including the VMG3625-T50B.

The wrost company ever. No decent software nor after sale wise help
