Why does the GS1350-18HP show offline in the Nebula Control Center?

The GS1350 series switches, designed for surveillance, have Nebula Control Center (NCC) discovery disabled by default. This is because these switches are often placed in isolated locations, and users may not want their switches to send data to the cloud. To manage the switch via NCC, you need to manually enable the NCC discovery feature.

Here is the setup path to the active  NCC discovery feature:

Basic Setting > Cloud Management > Nebula Control Center Discovery>Select Active to turn on NCC discovery on the Switch
