Hi I have 3 NWA50AX WAP's all powered POE switch via Lan cable . One of them has started going offline . The other 2 are fine . I also see the the one that goes offline when it comes back up it shows it is Uplink: 100M/Full. Not Uplink: 1000M/Full. like the other 2

Any ideas?

This is the status of the problem one

This the good ones

    Hello,

It seems like your AP experiences the intermittently disconnecting to Nebula and is currently running in a limited speed mode, linking at a speed of only 100Mbps. This problem often surfaces due to the quality of the Ethernet cables being used or potential issue with the switch/gateway port.

To address this, we recommend replacing the Ethernet cables connected to the AP with certified ones to assure maximum performance. Furthermore, consider changing the port on the switch/gateway to which the affected AP is connected.

If the problem continues even after implementing these changes to the cables and ports, we suggest you initiate the RMA process.

  • PS. Forgot to mention the 3 WAPs have been running since new for 12mths with no problems . I had made zero changes to either the physical POE switch/ network or settings on the WAPS. Then the problems started about 1 week ago
