NR5103E connection to windows 7

in Home Router
My Windows 7 Laptop can see every other network but not my NR5103E.
I can connect via ethernet.
My phone is connected without a problem.
Can you help ?

What do you mean see every other network but not my NR5103E?
Do you mean WiFi SSID of NR5103E?You can try choose 2.4GHz or 5GHz through the function below to check whether you can see the SSID in different frequency or not.
