Zywall USG 40 all WAN/LAN Ports down

The USG 40 has ceased operation after a year without configurations or importing a firmware. The power LED is still lit and the SYS LED is also lit. All ports P1-P5 are not lit anymore, except when restarting, they light up orange ... A factory reset has not worked. Access via console cable is no longer possible. Any idea?
