Lan to L2TP Ping

Because you over lap a subnet that the l2tp clients are on then what the Lan uses.
if you have 192.168.0.0/16 as LAN and l2tp clients as 192.168.50.0/24 the LAN over laps this and clients will ARP in that LAN subnet not knowing going to gateway to look for l2tp client on 192.168.50.0/24
