At the time of this writing, the Zyxel APs and compatible PoE standards as below:

PoE++ (802.3bt) Compatibility:
Model: WBE660S, WAX640S-6E

PoE+ (802.3at) Compatibility:
Models: WAX650S, NWA220AX-6E, WAX620D-6E, NWA130BE

Standard PoE (802.3af) Compatibility:
Applicable to: Other Zyxel Access Points not listed above.

Important note:
For the WAX650S, NWA220AX-6E, WAX620D-6E, WAX640S-6E, and WBE660S models, Wi-Fi functionality is automatically disabled when these access points are powered using a PoE source conforming to the IEEE 802.3af standard.
