KPN IPTV via Zyxel USG 110

Is there a step-by-step configuration document available to configure a Zyxel USG device for KPN IPTV?

I have tried to configure my USG but form some reason the STB (Set-Top Box) fails to get a good connection with KPN IPTV.

What have I done:

• created a PPPoE connection via VLAN6
• created VLAN4 for IGMP communication
• I have followed the instructions of this document to configure settings for IGMP.https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/360004093659-IPTV-with-multicast-and-IGMP-USG-ATP-VPN-

Wo can tell what I possibly have missed. Any suggestion is welcome.

Thank you for your inquiry. Please refer to this discussion: USG 100 Flex and German Magenta IPTV Currently, the Zyxel firewall has not implemented PIM-SSM and SSM suites, so it cannot support this feature. Thanks.
