Why I cannot find any devices displayed on ZON after scanning?

Since ZON uses multicast to scan Zyxel devices, you can still scan Zyxel devices even if your PC doesn’t have an IP address. (However, you still need an IP address when you try to connect to device’s web GUI.)
Please make sure below:
- The device you connected to did not enable IGMP snooping > unknown multicast drop.
- The selected network adaptor is correct.
- All devices support ZON. Please reference this link to check the support list.
- The cables are well connected.
