Why cannot I use the site-wide password to login my device?

Please check whether the device’s configuration status is up to date or not. If not, please use the default password to log in.
The site-wide password can be found in this path: Menu > Configure > Site setting > Device configuration > Local credentials
In addition, once the device is running Nebula mode, many configurations will be locked. Please configure your device on the Nebula control center.
Note: USG FLEX/ATP runs in Nebula monitoring mode, and USG FLEX H will keep the local admin password.
