NXC2500 Dashboard can't accesss
Hello Everyone,
i need you advise here,
i can not access NXC2500 dashbord from other subnet, however, when i use Wifi connection the dashboard can be access it, it try to disable the firewall on NXC2500, unfortunately the problem still persist. i try to find out in internet but no luck.
also i can ping the IP when i use wifi connection
appreciate it for any suggest, advice and help.

To assist you more effectively, could you please provide us with additional details about your setup? Specifically:
- Do your mentioned wired and wireless clients connect to the same subnet?
- Is the NXC2500's IP address configured as the default gateway for the subnet that serves both your wired and wireless clients?
For a more comprehensive understanding, it would be beneficial if you could share screenshots of all your subnet configurations. Please also indicate which configurations apply to wired clients and which apply to wireless clients.

Wired and WiFi use deferent subnet,
10.228.2.0/24 Wired
10.228.77.0.24 WiFi
http://10.228.77.1 -> ( NXC2500) Can not access from 10.228.2.0/24 ( wired) only accessible from 10.228.77.0/24 (WiFi Subnet)
http://10.228.77.2 -> (GS1900-10HP) Able access from 10.228.2.0/24 (wired) and 10.228.77.0/24 (WiFi)
Q: Is the NXC2500's IP address configured as the default gateway for the subnet that serves both your wired and wireless clients?
Answer: No
Each subnet have diferent gateway
10.228.77.0/24 WiFi Gateway on our Core Switch 10.228.77.254 ( VLAN 77 ) DHCP server on 10.228.77.254, wifi client will get IP from DHCP server 10.228.77.254
10.228.2.0/24 Wired Gateway on our Core Switch 10.228.2.254 (VLAN 2 )

It appears that only the switch with IP address 10.228.77.254 is directly connected to port 1 of the NXC2500. Based on the information provided, it is unclear which device the switch with the IP address 10.228.2.254 is connected to. This setup may involve a policy allowing clients from 10.228.2.0/24 subnet to connect to the NXC2500 (IP: 10.228.77.1).
For a more comprehensive assistance, could you please share the entire network topology? This should include each device along with its IP address and the specific device and port it is connected to. An image depicting the network topology would be valuable.
Additionally, please provide the configuration file of the NXC2500. You can download this file by navigating to "Maintenance > File Manager > Configuration file > startup-config.conf" in the device's interface.
