It is not possible to reboot the device when SCR shows disconnected from Nebula
When a disconnection between the device and Nebula occurs, configurations on Nebula will not deploy to the device. Additionally, all configurations within the Nebula app will not be sent to the device either. This is because the Nebula app also requires a connection to Nebula.
