Hello, I have zyxel EMG3525-T50B router and hp LaserJet pro mfp m225dw printer but that printer is not able to connect to Wi-Fi. When in router I set security mode as WPA3-SAE/WPA2-PSK. If I change security mode to WPA2-PSK then printer connects to Wi-Fi right away. Can anyone have any idea why it is like that? I have other old devices on my Wi-Fi network that do not support WPA3-SAE and those devices have no problem connecting.
Is it a router configuration issue or printer issue?

    Hello Lauri,

    Welcome to the forum.

My thoughts are that it is a printer problem, because quite a few people are asking on the HP forums for WPA3 support in their printers.

Do you know what firmware your printer is running?

HP did a firmware update in 2022 that might be helpful...

    See https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m225-series/model/6778496?sku=CF485A

    Kind regards Tony

    hei
I already did a firmware update to my printer (same link you provided) but that did not help. Anyway, thanks for answering. I'll try to contact HP on that issue then.
