Please assist my internet is off flashing red light since Monday

If you are experiencing a blinking red LED light on your Zyxel access point , it indicates one of two possible conditions:

Fast Blinking (On for 50 milliseconds, Off for 50 milliseconds). This pattern signifies that the AP is undergoing firmware upgrade. This process may take several minutes. Please be patient and wait until the LED light changes to blue, indicating the access point is ready for use.

Slow Blinking (Blink for 3 times, Off for 3 seconds). This indicates that the access point's uplink device is disconnected. We recommend checking the connections of your uplink devices, such as the switch, gateway, or modem, to ensure they are properly connected and functioning.
