The article shows local administrators how to collect the Tech-support Info by web GUI. The Tech-support Info is a set of logs that includes useful information such as System Information, CPU utilization history, system logs and debug reports for issue analysis.

Note:
All network IP addresses and subnet masks are used as examples in this article. Please replace them with your actual network IP addresses and subnet masks. This example was tested using XMG1915-18EP (Firmware Version: V4.80P1).

1. Collect the Tech-support Info from web GUI

1-1. Enter the web GUI and go to Menu > MAINTENANCE > Tech-Support > Click Here. 

1-2 Click the Download button for All or select the specific Diagnostic Info you need. (Ex: Crash, ROM,…..)

Wait for a moment to get the tech-support file.

2. Test the Result

Extract and open the file and you can view the Diagnostic Info. (In this example, we use the Notepad++ to open the .txt file.)
