Yes i think they reorganized the site and moved everything to drop box and this special version is not listed anymore.

But the firmware Version 5.13(AAVF.18)C0 is for all device versions :

VMG3926-B10A/VMG3925-B10B/
VMG3925-B10C

The file that is listed under VM3925-B10 at https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/4403361365778-Zyxel-CPE-Devices-Firmware-Advanced-Downloads-Firmwares-and-other-resources as 5.13(AAVF.18)C0 works on 3 models including on VMG3925-B10C according to the release note PDF that is in the ZIP file (see screenshot extract below.)
