USG FLEX 50W Auto Update Not Updating

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone had any problems with the auto update feature not actually updating the firmware to the standby partition on a USG FLEX 50W?

The units we manage seem to not be updating the firmware at all for some reason. I see they perform the check and it shows a new firmware is available, however it does not update.

All of these units are updated to v5.37(ABAR.1).

The auto update is configured on all of these units to check every week and the reboot option is checked.

So, from what I can tell, it should check for updates each week at the specified time, then, if an update is available, it should download it to the standby partition. If the reboot option is checked, it should then reboot to apply the new update.

Is that not correct?

That's correct.

The next released is already available on 20 Feb.

The upgrade still failed ?

They have not even downloaded the firmware to the standby partition. Much less applied it via a reboot.

What do I need to do to get them to auto update?

Thank your WebGUI, I checked :

1)The scheduled job is fine in system.

2)There are no error and no sign of 5.37P2 update log
