Welcome to the forum.

Looking at the user guide available from https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/5858783065362-User-Guide-AX-DX-PX-3301-T0-Serie-V5-13-5-50 in section 12.3 it seems like you can only have 1 Dynamic DNS configured at a time.

Similarly for the 2023 user guide linked from the downloads of https://www.zyxel.com/uk/en-gb/products/dsl-cpe/dual-band-wireless-ax1800-vdsl2-gigabit-iad-dx3301-t0 section 14.3 https://download.zyxel.com/DX3301-T0/user_guide/DX3301-T0_V5.15_5.70_Ed2.pdf

I feared that. I'm disappointed, I was already able to enter several service providers in my ancient modem.
