How do I renew Licenses?

I navigate thru the UI for renew licenses, not able to renew at all.

Could you please provide a screenshot showing the issue you're encountering with license renewal, and specify which license you're attempting to renew?

For further assistance, you can privately send us the device's MAC address and serial number. To do this, go to 'My Account' and select 'Message' to send us the information securely.
