Yes, within the Nebula Control Center, Clients > Client list tab under Switch clients, the "Add Client" feature allows for the advanced configuration of access policies for switch clients.
By inputting the MAC address of a client, you can assign a "Normal" or "Blocked" policy. If set to "Blocked", the client is blocked by the MAC address from sending or receiving network traffic.
